Ordering

How do I make payment?

I currently accept payment via PayPal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase; you can checkout on PayPal with any debit or credit card. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Shipping

When will I receive my artwork?

Your order will be packed carefully, and shipped within 2 working days.

I mainly use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver artwork. Whilst I am unable to guarantee postage times, most UK deliveries arrive within 3 working days of sending. Orders to the US usually take 2-6 weeks to arrive.

If you need your art for a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time (priority shipping is available at extra cost).

Do you ship internationally?

I can ship to most countries but postage costs and timescales vary; if your location is not shown at checkout please contact me and I will advise on shipping options.

NB: International orders may be subject to additional fees (e.g. import duties and taxes). This is dependant on the laws of the destination country, and is beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Do you accept commissions?

Absolutely! I’d love to work with you to create something that reflects your unique personality and style. Send me a message (via my ‘Contact Me’ page) so we can discuss your requirements.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

I want you to be completely happy with your new art, and for your peace of mind I accept returns or exchanges (provided the artwork is returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery).

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to request a return.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

All work is carefully packed and wrapped, but in the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged in transit please let me know as soon as possible (if possible please keep a photograph of the damage).

Copyright

All my work is subject to copyright. It cannot be copied or resold in any form without my prior permission, including after purchase (all rights remain with the artist).
